Account and Login
From opening a new account to recovering a password — answers to the most common questions about login and accounts at 7555bet are provided below. Use the 7555bet Login page to access your account.
After logging in to your 7555bet account, go to the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section to update your mobile number or email. Some changes may require OTP verification. To change your name or date of birth, contact the support team via live chat — they will assist you promptly.
No. Under 7555bet's terms and conditions, each player may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they may be closed and any bonuses cancelled. Log in to your existing account; if you have a problem, contact support.
The login process on a new device is the same — enter your username and password. When accessing from a new device for the first time, OTP verification may be required for security. If the 7555bet app is installed on Android or iOS, use the same credentials to log in there as well.
Click the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. Enter the mobile number or email used during registration and an OTP or recovery link will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. If the process does not complete, get help from 7555bet's 24/7 live chat.
This can happen for a few reasons: an outdated browser cache, an active VPN, or the account being temporarily locked after repeated failed attempts. First, clear your browser cache and cookies and try on a different network. If the problem persists, contact the 7555bet support team — they will help restore access quickly.
If your account is inactive, contact 7555bet via 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English. If you wish to temporarily close your own account under the responsible gaming policy, read about those options on the responsible gaming page.

Withdrawal Questions
How quickly funds arrive in bKash, Nagad or Rocket, and whether withdrawals are possible at night or on weekends — this section answers all questions about withdrawals.
Withdrawals at 7555bet are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. During peak hours or if account verification is needed, it may take a little longer. When submitting a request, make sure your mobile wallet number and amount are correct. If more than 45 minutes have passed, contact support.
Yes, 7555bet's withdrawal service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests made at night or on holidays are normally credited to bKash, Nagad or Rocket within 10–45 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's own operating hours may add some extra time.
Yes. For security, 7555bet only processes withdrawals to a mobile wallet or bank account whose registered name matches the name on the 7555bet account. Sending funds to a number registered in someone else's name is not possible, so deposits and withdrawals should be made from the same wallet.
7555bet's welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳10,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
bKash withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same timeframe applies to Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After submitting a request, you do not generally need to do anything further — the funds will arrive directly in your wallet.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 7555bet is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The same minimum applies to every method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Live Dealer Games
7555bet's live casino section features games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and several other top studios. Common questions about Teen Patti, roulette, baccarat and other games are answered here.
Betting limits at 7555bet's live dealer tables vary by game and studio. Lower-limit tables generally allow smaller stakes, while VIP or high-roller tables have higher limits. The specific limits for a table are shown on screen when the game loads. Contact support for more details.
Teen Patti is a South Asian card game played with three cards — the player with the best hand wins. In Andar Bahar, a card is placed face up and players bet on whether the next matching card will fall on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side. Both games are straightforward and can be played in real time with a live dealer.
Yes, 7555bet's live casino works well on both mobile browsers and the Android and iOS apps. A stable internet connection — mobile data or Wi-Fi — is needed for smooth video streaming. On older or low-RAM devices, reducing the screen size sometimes helps performance.
In roulette, a wheel is spun and the result is the number where the ball lands. You can bet on a specific number, red or black, odd or even, and various other options. Betting on a single number offers the highest payout, while red/black or odd/even bets are comparatively lower risk. Bengali-language options are available at Evolution and Ezugi live roulette tables.
In live dealer games, a professional dealer streams video in real time from a studio or an actual casino floor. Card dealing, wheel spinning or dice rolling all happen in real time and players place bets while watching on screen. This is different from computer-generated slots and is fully transparent.
If the connection drops, your last bet is saved on the game server. Once you reconnect, the result of that round is automatically credited or deducted from your account. If you notice any discrepancy, check your transaction history and contact 7555bet support if needed.
Section 4
Cricket and Sports Betting
Before betting on BPL, the T20 World Cup or international matches, find answers here covering everything from reading decimal odds to in-play betting. The cricket betting guide page has more detailed information.
With decimal odds, multiply your stake by the odds to get the total return. Example: if Team A's odds are 3.00, a ৳200 bet returns ৳600 in total (৳400 profit plus ৳200 stake back). If Team B's odds are 1.25, a ৳200 bet returns ৳250 (only ৳50 profit). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning — but a higher reward.
At 7555bet, if a match is officially declared a no-result or is abandoned for any reason including rain, the bets on that match are generally voided and the stake is returned. However, some markets may be settled based on a result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method. Check the terms and conditions for specific rules.
Yes, 7555bet's in-play betting feature allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds update automatically as wickets fall, run rates change or overs are completed. Odds may be briefly suspended at certain moments. Because quick decisions are needed, live betting requires a particular approach.
Yes, 7555bet offers betting on BPL, IPL, the T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Various markets are available, from match winner to top batsman, total runs and over-by-over markets. New markets are added during the cricket season.
In a multi-bet, the odds of all selections are multiplied together. Example: three selections with odds of 1.50, 1.60 and 1.70 give combined odds of 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.70 = 4.08. A ৳100 stake returns ৳408 — but all three selections must win. If any one loses, the entire ৳100 is lost. Higher potential returns come with higher risk.
Yes, virtual sports are computer-simulated matches — no real teams or players are involved. Results are determined by a random algorithm and new matches start every few minutes. Betting works the same way as real sports — you can place bets on various markets using decimal odds at any time of day.
